Let’s Work Together

Depending on your budget, the problem you’re trying to solve, or time you have to devote to your challenge, there are four ways we can work together

Coach Office Hours

You’re a hard-working, high-achieving professional and you’re stuck on the same challenge.

You’ve been wrestling with this problem for a while, trying to make a decision, but you’re getting nowhere. You’ve created lists of pros and cons and talked with many friends. Still, you’re unable to decide on a path forward.

If this is the case, your values are likely in conflict. Working with a coach will help you see through the ruminations and identify what’s most important to you.

It’s time for a change, but the thought of doing something different feels overwhelming.

You’ve been a solid performer for years but it’s time for a change. You may have beliefs (I’m too old to make a change, who would hire me?) that keep you from moving forward. Or maybe you’ve been laid off after many years of faithful service and feel uncertain about the job market.

It’s time to claim your expertise, wisdom, and experience, and fearlessly take steps towards your next adventure. Your skills and competencies deserve to be celebrated.

Coaching Sprint

You’ve been wanting to try coaching, but you’re not sure about the investment.

What if you could try coaching for one month, working on one skill for 30 days?

This offering allows you to grow your comfort zone in one area of your choosing. It could be anything (people pleasing, imposter syndrome, boundaries, dream clarification, etc.). Think of this as a coach-supported 30-day challenge.

At the end of 30 days, you’ll have some experience trying out a new skill, increased self-confidence, and an expanded comfort zone.

It’s just 30 days and you will see a difference!

What’s included

  • A one-month engagement

  • Work on one skill

  • A total of two hours of coaching

    • Initial goal setting at the beginning of week 1 (one hour)

    • 30-minute coaching in either week 2 or week 3 to address challenges

    • 30-minute closing coaching to celebrate accomplishments in week 4

  • Email support during the month

  • Friday check-ins

Career Jumpstart

You’re an overachiever, yet still not making the progress you’d like to see.

  • You’ve followed the rules, but the corporate environment is not delivering on its promise of career growth and advancement

  • Your manager isn’t nurturing your career growth; you feel lost and unsupported

  • You’re overwhelmed by your job responsibilities and can’t seem to get out from underneath it all

  • You’re an introvert and have no idea how to build a network, let alone grow your career

  • You feel discouraged by your career goals and want to give up; you’re reluctant to ask for help

  • You’re doing OK in your career but find yourself stuck in old familiar behavior patterns (people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking); you don’t know what to do about it

  • You’re overwhelmed with the career decision process and can’t see a way forward

What’s included

  • Six 1-hour meetings over 2-3 months

  • Email support between meetings

  • Values exercise

  • Strengths Map

  • Accountability

Career Pivot

What if I told you that you already have the power to change, and while circumstances may be challenging, you can still get what you want?

I’ve helped clients get promotions, take control of their careers, and find job offers in challenging markets.

They’re now thriving in an environment that used to cause them stress and constant worry.

  • Develop strategies for setting boundaries and saying no gracefully

  • Explore the overthinking and limiting beliefs that may be getting in the way of your self-promotion

  • Start developing your strategic thinking skills to become a more strategic leader

  • Grow your confidence in baby steps so that you can advocate for your needs to your leaders and become less dependent on them for growth and support

What might you gain from our work together?
