Coaching Packages
A coaching session lasts about an hour. This is time set aside to provide you with thinking and processing time around whatever is going on in your life. I also provide support outside of sessions in the form of suggested readings or explorations.
We can work together in one of three ways. Rather than asking you to commit to a long-term investment, I prefer to work month-to-month to allow you full flexibility with your coaching experience.
The Just-in-Time session, where you purchase your sessions one at a time. This allows you to test out coaching and resolve a smaller challenge
The Foundational subscription, where you purchase two sessions to be used over the course of a month. This subscription goes month-to-month. For most clients, a 3-6 month subscription (6-12 bi-weekly sessions) allows them to make good progress on a larger challenge.
The Accelerated subscription. Clients purchasing this option receive four weekly coaching sessions over the course of one month. This is for clients who are committed to a major change and want to see results more quickly. Typically, this work takes 3 months to see real change (12 weekly sessions).
