There’s something so satisfying about finishing a project, the work is done, time for a breather. Maybe even catching up on Netflix…. But sooner or later, there’s a little voice inside that says, ‘Wake up, time to get going!’.
I put on my ‘where can I paint a mural’ glasses and there it was: a wall against an alley in downtown Bainbridge. It’s a 92 foot wall made of cinder blocks, topped off with some painted over sections due to graffiti. When I look at it, it screamed ‘please love me!’ Alrighty, I thought, let’s figure out what’s possible.
I’ve contacted the commercial broker who owns the building and they may be interested. My next step is to create 2-3 designs to help them see the possibilities. Stay tuned as the next mural project starts to take shape!
